To ensure transparency and consistency in pricing, translation charges are based on the word count of the source text (the original document provided for translation), not the final translated document.

For legal, business, or highly technical documents, a surcharge of $0.05 per word may apply.

For documents >2,000 words, a discounted rate may be available.

Editing & Application Support

For professionals, students, and advocates crafting written materials. Focus on clarity, impact, and storytelling to create an effective, compelling narrative.

  • $250 per essay, personal statement, statement of interest, or other application materials.

  • For documents >1,000 words, an additional $50 per 500 words applies.

  • Package discounts available for multiple documents and consulting sessions.

Language Access & Communications Consulting

For nonprofits, professionals, and organizations seeking support with multilingual communications, culturally responsive written materials, and language access considerations for public-facing work. Services may include:

  • multilingual communications advising

  • written materials review and editing

  • language access planning

  • messaging and communications guidance

  • periodic advisory consultation

Starting at $125 per hour (minimum of 3 hours).

For larger language access or communications projects involving multilingual materials, messaging support, content review, or ongoing advisory consultation, flat-rate pricing may be available depending on scope, timeline, and complexity.
